Just where is Disneyland located?
If you're vacationing in Southern California, Disneyland is conveniently located to almost anything. Even if your home base is San Diego, it is worth a trip north to visit this magical theme park.>
Situated in Anaheim, Disneyland is just 90 miles north of central San Diego and 30 miles south of downtown Los Angeles.
The best way to get to the park is by car; unfortunately, public transportation like trains and buses aren't readily available if you're coming from San Diego. However, its location right off Interstate 5 makes it super easy to get off and on the freeway. Just exit at either the Harbor Blvd. or Disneyland exit and follow the signs to the park. First one who sees the Matterhorn from the freeway gets a prize!
Parking at Disneyland is very efficient; signs and Cast Members are there to direct you to the right place. Once there, you can walk or hop a trolley that drops you off right by the entrance. Inform the parking attendants if anyone in your party requires special disabled parking.
Want to see exactly how far Disneyland is from your vacation base? The official address for the park is 1313 S. Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim, CA.
